Who may use ExcellentPPC

ExcellentPPC is a free tool provided by NGO “OGO” exclusively for volunteer PPC marketers who:

  1. Are providing their services pro-bono to a nonprofit or charitable organization, and
  2. Hold a current, official volunteer approval issued by that organization — a signed agreement, letter of authorization, or equivalent document confirming the volunteer relationship.

By using ExcellentPPC you confirm that both conditions apply to you. If you are a paid contractor, agency employee, or internal staff member acting in a commercial capacity, this tool is not intended for you and you should not use it.

What ExcellentPPC provides

ExcellentPPC offers an AI-assisted analysis and reporting service for Google Ads and Google Ad Grant accounts. It reads account data, checks compliance and relevance, monitors for policy issues, and produces recommendations. It does not make changes to your account automatically. All actions remain the responsibility of the account manager.

Outputs from the tool are informational. They are not legal advice, not a guarantee of Google compliance, and not a substitute for reading Google’s own program policies. Google’s rules change; the agent’s analysis reflects the information available at the time it runs.

No fee, no subscription

ExcellentPPC is provided free of charge. NGO “OGO” reserves the right to change, limit, or discontinue access at any time, with or without notice. There is no paid tier and no service-level commitment.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the necessary authorization from the nonprofit organization to connect their Google Ads account to third-party tools.
  • Verifying that any recommendation from the agent is appropriate before acting on it.
  • Maintaining your own backup of any account data you consider important.
  • Keeping your volunteer approval documentation current and available if requested.

Our responsibilities

NGO “OGO” will make reasonable efforts to keep the tool accurate and available. We will not be liable for:

  • Decisions you make based on the agent’s output.
  • Account suspensions, disapprovals, or grant terminations that occur while using or after using the tool.
  • Interruptions in service, data inaccuracies, or errors in the agent’s analysis.

The tool is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.

Data and privacy

When you connect an account to ExcellentPPC, the agent reads account data via the Google Ads API. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version is always available at this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, where NGO “OGO” is registered.
